Jeremy serves as a senior IP systems engineer at Alaska Communications. Jeremy has more than 20 years’ experience in networking, wireless and telecommunications. He built voice and access-layer networks beginning in the dialup and DSL era, on up to modern multi-vendor unlicensed and licensed microwave backhaul and distribution networks.
As an active member of WISPA he chairs the Education Committee (2019–).
He also enjoys data analysis, routing algorithms, designing cocktails and talking with (and cooking for) friends. A former music teacher (2003-2018), other hobbies include piano, French horn, and solo and choral singing in public. He lives in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska, with a small apple orchard, one tiny dog, one cat, two teenage children, and one phenomenal wife.
